Sorry to all that have been having a problem downloading other user's files or editing files of your own. I've fixed both the problem with editing files, you now can edit them, and I've also fixed the problem with missing downloads when they contained invalid characters for files. All older files with the invalid characters have been updated and are now available once again for download. Sorry for the problem and I hope this helps some people. Now back into my cave working on nascarnet.com v4.0.
