Bristol (Night) Cam Update

This is the nighttime Bristol Cam Update. Differences include a differing Pit Cam 2 position so that you can see past the lights in turns 3 and 4, and a different Spectator cam position around turn 3. Just rename the cam file to which ever version of Bristol you're using to use this cam. Comments? Enjoy!

It appears that the Pit Cam 2 is the same in both Day and Night versions.
