I went in and changed everything to make it the reverse scheme that he ran at Bristol, and other races. The next thing i know, someone comes on here and posts a fictional number 99 Spider Man ford that John Beatty Painted for them. Well, i e mailed John again, and he told me "Just because i painted a car for one person, doesnt mean i am going to paint a car for everyone." So i told him that he was unfair, and he asked me, "What do you do for me? I paint cars for fun, not because people want me to." So I wrote back and said "I do a lot for you. I always tell my friends that you have the best realistic cars on the net, and that i always download his cars, and visit his sponsors to keep his site going. You are ungreatful and selfish. By the way, what did the other guy do for you?" He never responded again. He knew he was wrong.

From personal experience, when i draw a picture, i sign my initials at the bottom. That way, i have my own credit. So both of you are right in saying that if these guys dont want people to alter or change their "paintings" then they should not post them.

I think Cyclone did the right thing. He doesn't need your permission to use the car to alter since it WAS posted for everyone to download and change if they see fit. But he did choose to give you credit so just be happy that he is crediting you in the first place, NOT that its a must to be credited at all. |

Sure you did the normal 2000 version, but i gave credit where credit was due. I should not have to ask permission to change anything in my game, because you put the original car here to download. Im not trying to be smart, but i mean your comment makes it seem like i stole the idea from you and i didnt. I gave you your credit, if that is not enough then i am sorry about your luck. People on this site remind me of a bunch of little kids, and quite frnkly its getting old. |
