try re-installing the contoller drivers, it should help

Instead of taking it apart to take it somewhere, why not try something like online virus scan and clean? Or look in a search link for PC PITSTOP. Again, Trend Micro, or any other online virus scan can give you some help here.

I think I may have found the problem, I think I have a pretty bad virus. First off, I can not open anything on the internet or on my desktop at all that has anything to do with Anit-virus. Some of the folders in my computer will not open, and even Windows Update does not work. I saw something about this on a website a couple weeks ago about it shutting down any and all Anti-virus capabilities, or anything that will help to get rid of them. I also saw that the virus, attaches itself to some pretty critical Windows files, thus I would have to delete them to delete the virus, and even then it would not be totally gone. I am thinking of calling some of my friend's friends that own a shop, i fthey approve I will take the puter to a local shop and have it wiped, I will however get them to nack up all my files. Dude i dont think your wheel is the problem,there is no way your TM should be empty as there is ALWAYS programmes and services running or your pc would not even start.get spybot or ad-aware se and run them first as i did and found 267 nasties all over the place even ruined one of my hard drives it obviously could not cope with all the requests made upon it,lol.

I have had that driver for about two months now, I think, I'm going to order a TSW in a couple of days, hopefully it will work. Only thing is with the Task manager goin wacko, i dont know if getting a great wheel would help if my 4 month old computer takes a dump on me, know what i mean?

Goto Logitech's website and get their updated driver...if not, its a bad wheel/pedal set. I had my Logitech Momo (black) go out about 5 months ago. The pedals went bad. I got a new one on Ebay for less than half what it cost new...and its working perfect.

Maybe a bad wheel or bad drivers, try get the new drivers from the logitech site, if that doesnt work, get a new wheel.

Another thing, in the raplay you will see me pumping the gas after the initial hit, that is the only way to get the accelerator and wheel to stop acting stupid for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
