And Jeff Gordon DID whine alot more than the other drivers, but not as much now. But I got to dislike J. Gordon when he was a whiner (In the mid 1900's). And if you can't stand to see your favorite driver dissed you shouldn't be a member of this community or even a NASCAR fan because every driver gets dissed at one point or another. Like my favorite driver, Elliott Sadler who got blamed in a letter to the editor in NASCAR Winston Cup Scene for Ricky Rudd losing his job with RYR, which I don't see how he played any roal in Ricky losing his job. If Robert Yates hadden't thought he was more talanted or had more potential than Ricky he wouldn't have hired him. |

Terry Labonte is a great driver, no doubt. Maybe he did make faster laps in gordons car. BUT! You CANNOT deny Jeff Gordons TALENT. If any of you dipwhads watched thursday night thunder or payed any attention before opening your colossus mouths, You would KNOW he earned his right to race in cup, and is DAMN good at it. Winston cup is so close these days only the best of the best race in it.. well especially now that buckshot is gone. I'm kidding really.

Gordon has done his share of bumping and nudging over the years, and when he does, he "doesn't know what happened". When someone bumps him, he whines. I've always felt if you can dish it out, you can take it. Gordon needs to realize that.
Has Gordon had a great career? Obviously, yes. However, this isn't why there is a majority who can't stand him. Take Barry Bonds. Nobody will deny he's going to the Hall of Fame. However, many people dislike him because of his mouth. I'm one of those who dislike him.
Now, as far as people who want to see Gordon crash.. Count me OUT. I don't want to see anyone crash, especially after 2/18 of last year... Not only that, but I'd rather watch drivers I like beat Gordon by finishing ahead of him, not because Jeffy crashed. This way, Gordon and his loving media can't make excuses.
Ohhh, and for those who say "Gordon is gay"? I may strongly dislike Jeffy, but I'm still waiting for proof on that. |

It's not because he finishes in front of our favorite drivers in the points (Because alot more drivers than J. Gordon finish in front of my favorite drivers in the points). My reason for not liking him is because in the mid 1990's (95, 96 & 97 mainly) J. Gordon was the biggest cry babie in the sport. Every race he was complaining about something or somone. One week it was how Jarrett bumped him out of the way or how crappy his car was and how bad it made his race. Just like this year at New Hampisher when about midway through the race he wanted NASCAR to stop the race besause the track was so crapy. This went on for about 25 laps then he finally shut up when he saw he wasn't going to get his way. I don't like J. Gordon because of these little incidents. You never heard Dale Earnhardt whine and complaine when somone bumped him or his car was crappy. Like Pocono in 2000 (I think) when Mayfield nuged him out of the way, he just said that it was just racing. He didn't whine for 20 minutes to the reportors because somone bumped him. |
