Well, we al got to start somewhere. If you do not post your work, then IMHO, you have no room to judge others work. He is learning,and will only get better as time goes on. Negative comments are what drives people to stop work on this sim, so think about some good comments, and some constructive ones to help the person out in the future.

i wasn't trying to be mean, i was simply getting to the point, of working out the kinks. i'm allowed to state my opinion i don't need to make cars to have that right...the cars are getting better and yes most are not a solid color, but the cars take time to make, you can't just slap decals on and bam! you have a great car...making good cars take time...he is improving, you just don't need to throw everything out there, work on a particular car for some time makes some designs like cup81 said jazz it up, they will get better with time...but be patient, don't just chuck a solid color car out with lots of decals that's all.

whether you like his cars or not, everyone has got to admit it brings a breath of fresh air to the site! we FINALLY seem to be getting away from the flames cars, the earnhardt, harvick, and gordon alts, etc. now, granted, his cars are not good, but they are interesting, and i must say, i did like the first car posted. this car is a lot more "normal," but he seems to be getting the hang of it... to an extent. in reference to what was posted below, i admit that i don't think someone who "hasn't proven themselves" with their own cars should post a really negative comment. i do say though that you should give the guy a break.

GIVE THE KID A BREAK!! jeez. rusty- thinking highly of your self? this guy has a larger portfolio then you. and you say his work is bad? at least he keeps trying. i found plenty of problems on ur car 2. aint that the pot calling the kettle black. next victim: alltelmh12. you have ZERO cars. how can you say someone else's car stinks when you dont have your own cars that are better? popeye- im not picking a fight with you. your work (minus the deracing incident) is legit. and you didnt say anything that wasnt unnecessary. thats true, pontiacs do not make tbirds. look- his work has some serious flaws. but i guarentee you that he will not make them again because i am about to tell him them and he will remember that when he goes to paint his next car. and psd is hard. much harder then psp (imho) so here is what i have seen as a "flaw" on this car. 1. the numbrs, there should be a # on the roof with the base being above the driver's window net (facing the infield) #s part 2. they should be the same. pretty much all cars have the same font # on the left side right side and roof. 2. the left side mountain dew. i believe there is an option to rotate a layer in psd (im just about sure) i would rotate it 30-40 degrees right (thats just a guess) so you see the whole logo like on the right side. 3. JAZZ IT UP! put a design on it. most cup cars are not one solid color. if you did those three things it could turn out to be a pretty nice car. but gl, and dont let the nasnet boneheads get you down happy painting!

yeah, this is getting out of hand....first of all it sounds like an 8 year old getting excited about his cars...and they aren't getting any better, they are wasting space...i'm not an all-star painter, but no one wants this stuff. seriously learn to paint or stop posting this crap, keep it to yourself if you think it's cool, because there is no quality.
