Harvick is a master of making a mockery out of his competition, and he also has great skill at coming out of nowhere to steal away victories from unsuspecting opponents, so its only appropriate that Kevin and the Spy team up. This is the first car in the set of 9 I'm planning. I have other stuff to do on the side so I'm not sure how fast I'll get all of the cars done (one for each class from TF2) Red versions will come after all 9 are finished, so both teams are represented (I guess that means 18 total).
