I, for one, would like to say GREAT JOB. I dabble in painting and can't produce the results ... I'm still trying, bud don't think I'll ever be a "great" painter. There is one thing I noticed, though, that you may want to look into fixing. The rear window in the profile render doesn't look raised. I believe it would fit the Nascar templates fine. Ha ha LOL!

it wasn't directed at you Nascarartist, it was just an in general. I have researched into it further and i do believe the stripe is in fact black. I don't know why it looked blue on the tv, but still picks showed me it was blue. My comments were directed at the ones who deleted there posts after i made my point. Don't get me wrong, I really do respect your critisism and everyone elses. Just i'm finding fewer and fewer reasons to spend all this time doing all this work of creating my own logos, my own bases, my own decals. I don't google, i don't cut and paste. I really MAKE this stuff. The only things i use that i don't make is MasGrafx's Wonderful Templates, and Lisa48's chrome layer (which i nolonger use and part of the reason of my disgust with people). Anyhow, I'm sorry if i came off in a bad mood. I'm gonna just take some time away from painting until its fun again.

I'm sorry, but I wasn't bashing your car, I was simply pointing out something that might need to be fixed. I understand where your coming from, and I don't know why you think I don't appreciate the work you do because I'm a painter too. I put up with the same crap you do. Don't take it out on me. I'm sorry that your DVR makes black look blue, but you can see clearly in the picture that it's black. I see that you tried to make the car accurate, and that's why I pointed out for you. I was trying to help. If you wanna keep it blue, it's your business, and it's your car. I don't care. Like I said I was trying to help.

i respect your critisism, but i was unsure myself about the outline, but if you can find a closer up pick you will see it is dark blue. Ummm as for the color of the blue on the car, it is darker, the render just made it look really light (should have pointed that out). I've put quite a few hours into this car, NEVER did i claim it to be perfect. but i think it's pretty damn good and accurate. Everyone asked me why i quit painting for almost a year. It's cause nobody appreciates the effort we put into these cars. Instead its more of a game for you to try and pick them apart. Keep in mind we as painters do this for FREE, for ourselves and you on our time. It's simple, if you like it download it. If you like it alot download it and say something nice. If you don't like it, hit BACK on your browser and go somewhere else. Keep the critisism coming, but also try to appreciate the effort that went into this. I really want to keep painting for everyone, and i speak for all painters out there, GIVE US A REASON TO KEEP PAINTING.

nope, check your DVR closely, it was in fact blue at the shootout, checked it twice to make sure. The original one was in fact black, this new scheme it was blue.

Nice job, but the blue trim around the yellow trim going across the hood and down the fenders should be black. Just thought I'd let ya know :)
