You didn't think i'd let this go did ya ;) Personally, this is no skin off my teeth, meaning, if you want to copy my work fine, I just dont appreciate you claiming it as your own. Like i said, dont really care much, its not like your a big player anyway ;) And yes, this is the REAL RACNchamp, I had to sign up w/ nascarnet just to post this, hehe. now off to painting! www.theracinggroove.com

So you admit you got the idea from RACNchamp. That's progress. Are the cars different? Yes, because you put decals over RACNchamp's previous design. And any monkey can do that. And that's exactly what you did here. The contingency awards are the same on both cars... the stripes are the same on both cars. Hell, I shouldn't even have to explain it 'cause the cars are the same. You just changed some of the decals. And, as you said, "its original as it gets". Who are you foolin'? Again I ask WHY even bother posting the car if it's so much of a rip-off as it is. Like I said... a thief and a liar.

#1 i didnt drop off a color onto robinsons car from a white one,i started with a simpson template,i dont care what u think,the 22 car i used the #s,all i had was a screenshot of the car thats it.RACchamp was where i got the idea from,the colors and all,his decklid and hood paint is diff than mine,thats all.

i u look at the racing groves pike then at this one the scheme look nothing a like the orange is a different color and he uses the in game templat. racenchamp used brian simpson's templat not the in game one. so look at both pics very carefuly next time people before u critsize other peoples work.

Well, kid, I gave you the benefit of a doubt, but I checked it out and that is a COMPLETE rip-off of RACNchamp's car on The Racing Groove site. So let's list what we've learned and proven so far: 1) You dropped your own decals on RACNchamp's car and called it your own. That's called plagiarism. Check the dictionary. 2) You took the Shawna car from somebody and dropped in pink where it was white. Coloring an already existing car is NOT your work. 3) In a couple of your posts, you said you wanted people to think your work was, quote, "legitamite". Uh, sure... but I think next time you should try to get people to think it's "legitimate". Again, the dictionary. 4) Your work is good... if your name is RACNchamp or whoever else you're ripping off. 5) The 70's called... they want the word "geek" back. 6) Let's say for the sake of argument, you painted all your cars from scratch. Started with a blank template, you saw RACNchamp's car and painted yours exactly like it 'cause you liked it. Fantastic. You did a masterful reproduction. But WHY would you post it as your own when the original is posted somewhere else? WHY would you open yourself up to the scrutiny when most of the people who come here go to other sites and would know that the other car was posted before yours? Dude, by doing what you did, you killed any credibility you had or ever thought of having. Nobody likes a thief and a liar. You just deemed yourself both.

dude its original as it gets.all i had to work from was a screenshot,i dont give thanks for people u get pics off the internet and put them on a car,would you?im just saying my work is good.

Then it should have been mentioned that the scheme was taken from another source.. I've been painting since Nascar Racing 1, and it sucks to see your own work taken and butchered by someone else and posted as their own work.. The car is nice, but it's not a 100% original..

The numbers may look the same but it aint the same car go look again . I beleive he may have liked the paint scheme and simulated it. But whats wrong with that?

First, let me say you didn't paint that car.. THIEF!! I hate people stealing other people's work.. That car is originally part of the F1 carset found at The Racing Groove, painted by RacnChamp..
