ok i under stand rmpthree.....one of the reasons i dont make my own base layers is casue the ones i make will look pretty close to someone elses and some people will just say i ripped it or traced it...so thast kinda the story behind why i dont do my own schemes.........later **FB29**

I could sit around all day and do what you do. You go and take a look at stuff that is completely-other than templates and such-original work, and not somebody else's stuff thrown together, and you'll see that I get a decent amount of downloads. I bet if I posted a whole lot more then my name would be more well known and I could rest on that. And it doesn't end because you say it does. There will always be others that will express the same sentiments on both sides. It's all in how you deal with it. Wether it be getting mad and threatening and name calling, or discussing it and agreeing to disagree civilly, I guess it doesn't really matter. Ninety five percent of what I do is specifically for somebody else and I post it here for guys in my league to download then I usually throw in a blank .tga with it just in case it catches somebody's fancy. The ones I've done just for the sake of getting downloads here have gotten them. Go look there are a few that are not spectacular compared to what is on here, including 99% of your work, but those particular ones have near or over 100. I'm not trying to start a war here. I suppose my wording wasn't the greatest. Your talents are obvious and I beleive you could have come up with that scheme or even a better one than that on your own instead of downloading somebody else's is all I'm saying. I guess that's why we upload in the first place, eh? Hey man I was wrong for jabbing ya.

here we go again jeez THE DAMN UPLOAD LIBRARY IS FOR CONCTRIVE CRITISIM NOT TELLING SOMEONE TO MAKE THERE OWN TEMPLATES....WHO IN THE WORLD CARES IF I MAKE GET MY TEMPLATES FROM SOMEWERE ELSE IF I WERE YOU I WOULD DO THE SAME THING AND MABEY YOU WOULD GET SOME DOWNLOADS ONE YOUR CARS.......NOW THIS IS OVER RIGHT HERE...IF YOU WANT TO CRITIZE ME THEN PM ME....JEEZ SOME PEOPLE ON THIS SITE MAKE ME WANNA LEAVE....I MAKE A AWESOME CAR AND I GET ACCUSED FOR DOING WHAT EVERYONE ELSE DOES

Here's what I don't get. The hardest part about the whole paintjob is the paint itself. It's nothing to put numbers and decals on somebody else's paintjob. Then there's the render, which makes any car look like a million bucks. I don't normally criticize like this and I don't mean to single you out, but a lot of stuff on this site really only took folks about twenty minutes to do. B4 you slam me for calling anybody on this, look back at my stuff. It may not be the greatest, but I don't take anybody's "template" and stick stuff on it. Everything is my own work. The only thing I use is Simpson's templates and his hi-rez contingencies.
