Hey go... that is in your player settings in your player folder (normally c:\Papyrus\Nr2002\player\{Player's Name, last name first}\) Then go to the Player configuration setting, and then the first line down, change the line that says "employRoofFlaps=1 ; are roof flaps effective?" to "employRoofFlaps=0 ; are roof flaps effective?" That should do the trick, if not, PM me.

hey sam believe me I did mess with a few more things than I stated such as drafting distance. and if you want to pump the ai wall offset up. do it you have my support. it wont make any difference it still runs the same. so just lay off. I made this as realistic as I could given the limits of the game.

Tire wear? Fuel consumption? Unless you want extreme unrealism, thats the wrong way to approach this. Move down a few lines and mess around with the drafting_distance, wall_offset(not below 60), ai_panic_decel etc. etc. Most of the lower lines in that column is what you should be messing with, not the tire wear and fuel consumption:) You will get the same results if done correctly, and keep the realism. But those lines are harder to make work, and take longer for a good ini.......And btw, you should also mess with the ai_accel_modifier and decel modifier lines. I havent tried the ini, but im assuming you didnt even look at these lines. So I also assume that at the start of a race you can pull away from the ai by at least 1.5 seconds? As I said, edit the accel and decel lines, for realistic acceleration:).......Any questions I'll be glad to help.

Elin, to answer your question, I messed with tire wear factors, tire heat factors, and AI lines and stuff. took a while but that is how I got them to go 2,3 and I even saw 2 groups of cars go 4 wide about 15 minutes ago..............Now then RobbyM, an INI file is what controls fuel consumption tire wear, and grip, car drag, and the line that the AI takes. But all in all my ai is special because the ai can go 2 and 3 wide and stay that way without wrecking out. hope that answers yall's questions. **enjoy** L74

ONe Question that might sound stupid but what is an INI and what does it do. Seems like everybody wants it so I dont want to miss out on it.
